To let Caroline make a cake for your special wedding day just browse through the cakes shown on this website for inspiration and ideas then contact Caroline by phone or post to discuss your ideal dream cake, or better still call in at the shop on Whalley New Road in Blackburn and see the display in the wedding cake showroom.

You can also try a sample of wedding cake and Caroline can discuss flavours, sizes, and design ideas however conventional or unusual!

A sample of fabric can be helpful if you wish to match up the colour scheme to either the bridal dress or the bridesmaids' dresses.

When placing an order for a wedding cake please allow from 3 to 6 MONTHS notice before the date of the wedding to allow sufficient time for baking and maturing a fruit cake and also to avoid disappointment during the busy wedding season. Do not worry if you have not finalised colour or design as this can be done up to one month before the required date.

Delivery of your wedding cake to the reception can be arranged if required, this is normally free within 5 miles but greater distances will be at extra cost.

A non refundable deposit of one third of the total price will be required upon ordering your cake. The balance will be required on collection (or viewing if delivery has been arranged) during the week prior to the wedding date.

View the portfolio of designs on offer for inspiration and ideas and contact Caroline by telephone or post to discuss your requirements. If you can call into the shop Caroline can show you many photographs of a wide variety of cakes previously supplied.

On ordering a celebration cake up to 3 WEEKS is normally required for fruit cakes for maturing. Sponge and chocolate cakes can be ordered up to 1 WEEK in advance.

Last minute orders are undertaken but please do not be disappointed if we are too busy. However, miracles are sometimes possible.

A deposit is required on ordering your cake with the balance payable on collection.

Unfortunately a delivery service is not normal for celebration cakes.

Payments can be made in cash or if over £5 by personal cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card. We are unable to accept payments by credit or debit cards.
