WEDDING CAKES AND CELEBRATION CAKES

To decide on the size of your cake, estimate the number of guests who will be attending both the day and evening receptions and also allow extra for friends and family who are unable to attend. Should extra portions be required an extra cutting cake maybe be ordered in sponge, chocolate or fruit.

A three tier cake of 6", 8" and 10" fruit cakes will normally serve approximately 150 guests.
