City & Guilds training, experience and self taught skills have, through the years, helped Caroline to create cakes, not only for weddings but for birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, retirements, promotions corporate events and many other special celebrations.

Let Caroline design and make a cake for you that is as special as the celebration itself. Whatever your individual style or taste, traditional or unconventional, all ideas are welcomed either chosen from our portfolio of designs or made specially to your own unique design.

All the cakes are baked and decorated on the premises using only the finest ingredients available. Choose from rich fruit cakes matured in brandy, delicious dark chocolate fudge cakes, plain vanilla sponge or fresh cream cakes.

If required, cakes can cater for individual dietary requirements such as vegetarian, eggless, gluten-free and diabetic, etc.

Do not be afraid to request a fruit cake with extra cherries, less fruit, no orange peel, or even extra brandy!
